Platform Overview & Account Nature
Osool360 is an internal operational platform for facility management and field assessments, available exclusively to employees, inspectors, and consultants authorized by the operating organization. The application does not support self-registration; all accounts are created and managed centrally by the Information Technology department under role-based access control (RBAC).
This page provides a clear mechanism to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the account-deletion requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Notice: In-app self-deletion is not available. Deletion requests must be submitted through the official channels listed below, and the requester's identity must be verified before any action is taken.

How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Osool360 account and associated personal data, please contact us at:

You should also notify your operating organization's Information Technology department or open a ticket in the internal support system, especially if your account is linked to active operating contracts.
Your request must include the following information to enable verification and processing:
- Full name as registered in the system
- Registered institutional email address
- Operating or beneficiary organization name (e.g., Ministry of Education, Tatweer Buildings Company — TBC, or your assigned entity)
- Job title or platform role (optional — helps speed up verification)
- Reason for the request or any additional notes (optional)

Data Expected to Be Deleted
After your request is verified and approved by the operating organization where applicable, the following personal data linked to your account may be deleted or deactivated:
- Professional identity data: name, institutional email, job title, and RBAC permissions
- Login account information: authentication credentials and role/facility assignments
- Assessment drafts and personal responses not yet submitted or not linked to approved operational reports
- Field media and attachments uploaded through your account (photos, reports) stored in the isolated cloud environment
- Technical data directly linked to your account (such as personal session logs), where permitted by the system

Data That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained — in full or in anonymized form — when required by legal, contractual, or operational obligations, including but not limited to:
- Submitted and approved field assessment records under operating contracts with beneficiary organizations (Ministry of Education, TBC, and others)
- Audit and security logs (Audit Logs) required for incident investigation and compliance
- Data required by law or under a binding court or government order
- Contractual and financial records related to the service period or employment relationship
- Aggregated or anonymized data used for statistical and operational purposes that does not identify individuals

Processing & Retention Timeline
Account and personal data deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days of completing identity verification and, where required, approval by the operating organization.
Complex cases (active contracts, operational disputes, or legal obligations) may take longer; in such cases, the requester will be informed of the status and expected timeline.
Upon termination of employment or the contractual relationship, personal data is permanently and securely deleted within the legally prescribed period, unless retention is required as described in Section 4.
